About this product

Sold frozen, ready to bake. Brown butter dough with an active sourdough starter, single-origin TCHO dark chocolate chunks, regenerative organic wheat, grass-fed pasture-raised butter, and fair trade organic sugar. Rested 24 hours, portioned, and frozen at peak.

Bake from frozen at 350°F for 18 to 20 minutes: set edges, a soft center, gooey chocolate, and warm brown butter all the way through. Each pack includes Maldon flaky salt sachets for finishing.

Available in packs of 4, 6 (50 g cookies), 8, or 12. Keep frozen. Greater Boston local delivery only.

Ingredients
Organic regenerative wheat flour, organic pasture-raised butter, organic brown sugar, organic fair trade raw cane sugar, organic pasture-raised eggs, organic sourdough starter, organic fair trade chocolate chunks (TCHO), vanilla bean extract, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt.

Baking instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Place the frozen cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet with room to spread. Bake 18 to 20 minutes, until the edges are lightly browned. Cool 10 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with flaky salt (highly recommended). Keep frozen.
Weight and storage

Storage: Dough: keep frozen. Use within 3 months. Baked cookies: airtight at room temp 2–3 days, or freeze up to 1 month. Refresh briefly in a warm oven.

these are seriously the best chocolate chip cookies!! they gave a really great sourdough flavor and the chocolate chips aren’t too sweet. I love having these in my freezer so I can make one or two at a time, and they’re ready in 20 minutes. I can trust alaleh and the ingredients she uses in everything she makes!! also love the home delivery option and can’t wait to start seeing these items in the grocery store!
