Our baking mixes ship anywhere in the United States. They are shelf-stable and travel well. Rates and timing are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Local Delivery page.

Not yet. Frozen ready-to-bake cookies, scones, and biscuits are delivered in Greater Boston and carried by select retailers. If you are outside our delivery area, join the frozen shipping waitlist on the Shipping & Local Delivery page and we will email you when that changes.

Local delivery is available to a set of eligible Greater Boston ZIP codes. Weekly orders close Wednesday at midnight, and deliveries go out on Saturday or Sunday depending on your ZIP code. Delivery is $8, and free on orders of $50 or more.

Enter your ZIP code on any frozen product page, on the Frozen Ready-to-Bake collection, or on the How It Works page. Checkout only offers local delivery to eligible addresses.

Our Find Us page lists cafés, specialty stores, farm stores, and seasonal markets that carry our products. Selection varies by location, so we recommend confirming availability with the shop before visiting.

Keep them frozen until you bake, and do not thaw first. If a package shows a best-by date, use it as your guide.

Straight from the freezer, following the time and temperature on the package. For our brown butter chocolate chip cookies, that is a preheated 350°F oven for 18 to 20 minutes, until the edges are golden and the centers are still soft.

A few fresh ingredients, listed on the product page and on the bag. The banana bread mix takes ripe bananas, eggs, and butter. The pumpkin loaf mix takes pumpkin purée, eggs, and butter. The brownie mix takes butter and eggs. Store mixes in a cool, dry pantry.

Every product starts with organic, stone-milled flour. The full ingredient list for each product is on its product page and package, and any ingredient that is not organic is named there.

No. Einkorn and spelt are wheat, and rye contains gluten. Everything we make contains wheat and gluten and is not for anyone with celiac disease or a wheat allergy.

Heritage grains are older wheat varieties kept for their flavor. Ancient grains, like einkorn and spelt, have changed very little over thousands of years. Our mixes use them for flavor, and each grain's character carries into the bake. Read more on Our Grains.

The whole kernel is ground slowly between two stones. Stone milling runs cool and keeps the kernel together, which protects flavor.
